Project inquiries

When an inquiry form is available, it asks for your name, email address or phone number, project location, service, and optional project details. The message above the form explains whether an inquiry will be delivered or stored locally.

A form labeled “Save inquiry locally” stores information only on the computer running the website. It does not send email or Telegram notifications. A form labeled “Send your inquiry” stores a private inquiry record and queues email and Telegram notifications for the owner.

Storage and access

Inquiry records are stored outside the public website files. Records include a submission reference, acceptance time, and a keyed hash of the connection address to help prevent duplicate submissions and misuse. The public website does not provide access to stored inquiries.

We keep inquiries until the owner manually deletes them; there is no automatic expiry. Local deletion removes the inquiry details and its notification jobs. A submission reference and removal time remain to prevent an old retry from restoring the inquiry.

Email and Telegram messages, exports, and backups are separate copies and need separate removal. Deleting the local inquiry does not recall delivered messages or erase those copies.

Please include only information needed to discuss your project. Your browser may independently offer to remember form entries.

Project photographs

GNY Construction supplies the photographs displayed on this website. Website copies are resized and embedded image metadata is removed before publication.
